At The Magic MVP, we have developed innovative technology that allows us to create MVPs of marketplace platforms, communities and online directories quickly and efficiently. Our approach is based on simplifying management through simple Google Sheets and Google Docs, offering an adaptable and scalable solution for entrepreneurs.

We have been selected by a major investment fund, and we want to take the next step with a co-founder who will help us close the next round of investment.

Role Description

We are looking for a Co-founder Passionate about entrepreneurship and business development, with a clear focus on creating value for entrepreneurs and expanding our product. We want someone who speaks the language of entrepreneurs, understands their needs and is capable of leading our relationships with clients, collaborators and strategic allies.

Co-Founder Profile

Business Development: Experience in identifying business opportunities, creating growth strategies and building solid relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Part of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem: Consultant, mentor or someone who is already actively involved in the world of entrepreneurship, understanding the real needs of startups and entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship Oriented Language: Know how to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs, identifying their pain points and showing how The Magic MVP can be the solution.

Vision of Helping Entrepreneurs: We share a clear mission: to help entrepreneurs launch and manage their online communities without technological barriers. We need someone who shares this vision and is motivated to be part of a purposeful project.

Customer Focus: Customer centric. That focuses on understanding our customers and creating the best possible experience for them, ensuring that our solutions fit their needs and provide real value.

Responsible and Committed: Able to take responsibility for actions and meet established expectations, actively contributing to the success of the project.

Time Availability: Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to project needs.

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic alliances.

Customer Relations: Be the main point of contact with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Growth Strategy: Help define and execute the growth strategy, with a focus on expansion and acquisition of new clients.

Participation in Strategic Decisions: Contribute to the overall vision of the project, helping to define the direction and focus of the product.

The development of The Magic MVP began 3 years ago, after seeing dozens of entrepreneurs fail in their attempts to launch their online projects, mainly due to problems with the technology.

Since then, I have been working with several entrepreneurs to create this technology that allows the creation of marketplace platforms with a configuration file and to be managed from Google Sheets.

With almost a dozen projects created with this technology and real clients, we have been selected by an important international investment fund within one of its programs, and we are close to the first round of investment.

We want to take the next step and, to do so, with the technological part covered, a profile focused on the business is essential.
